Camden Winterfest – Camden
February 4th – 12th
A weeklong celebration of winter beginning with ice carving and snow sculpting and culminating with the US National Toboggan Championships, fireworks, a snowplow parade, concert and dance, all with a festive Maine Mardi Gras theme. 2017 Toboggan Nationals

Camden is the site of nine days of festivities, Feb. 4-12, kicking off with Winterfest in downtown and culminating at the Snow Bowl with thrilling outdoors racing down the town’s famous, and the country’s only, 400-foot-long wooden toboggan chute, with sleds running out onto icy Hosmer Pond. Teams of 2, 3 and 4 vying for coveted trophies begin registering Nov. 16 at camdensnowbowl.com. It’s Maine’s Mardi Gras, so bring your beads and a warm costume and join the fun!

July Maine Windjammer Parade ~ Harbor Park – Rockland

Rockland Breakwater. The entire windjammer fleet participates in an afternoon Parade of Sail past the mile-long Rockland Breakwater, providing spectators with stunning, close-up views of Maine’s fleet of tall ships. July North Atlantic Blues Festival ~ Harbor Park – Rockland

July Maine Lobster Ride and Roll ~ Rockland
